Great company and app! I've been trying to find a subscription option that's compatible with bundles and this is it! Henry was super helpful with troubleshooting issues.

I believe in the axiom of giving credit where credit is due, and you have to acknowledge a miracle when you see one. The customer service is the most helpful one I have encountered so far, and Henry is kind and helpful. They are patient and efficient! The app can be tough to use at the beginning but the staff will be there to help.

This is probably the only app I have installed with shopify that is so intuitive that I have never had to contact support. Every time I think of a workflow I would like to implement, I find they already have the capability I need, just amazing!

The Seal Subscription app has been fantastic for our business. It's very difficult for us to have a recurring billing system due to our limited options of paygates in our country... so their recurring invoice option was perfect for us. It was easy to set up and has been very popular with our customers... resulting in a lot of great (and recurring) sales. I also had a small issue with an upsell app on our site not working well with this app and the Seal Subscription Help team got in touch with the developers of the other app and they got it sorted out within a few days... In fact... every time I have had any questions or needed help, the team have been very responsive and helpful... beyond impressed with that level of support and service. I highly recommend this app.

The customer service is very helpful. I am happy with it. There's no online chat but they respond to the email promptly and clearly. The app theme looks good by default.

We are using it for a year now, and generally everything works as we want. They are constantly improving the app and announcing new features. Most importantly, we had a problem with the design, and we received a significant help. They implemented the solution themselves. So I had to write this review :) Much appreciated.

Great. Easy, affordable, and excellent customer support. We actually like how it does not automatically bill customers each month - completely eliminates any unwanted orders and customer escalations

We use Seal Subscriptions to offer our customers a subscription model on our store. This app is the most comprehensive app! And with infinite settings to play with, that give you the most control over your front-end and back-end features. The widget on the product page works great and launches very quickly when the page loads. Everything works as it should and we haven't had any problems that could slow us down in our daily lives. The support responds very quickly to emails with precise explanations. In general we are very satisfied! We recommend this application to anyone who wants to have a subscription plan on their store with a very decent price and support!

Not a bad word to say about this app. Support has been incredibly helpful and responsive when I've had an issue (one issue, and it was fixed within minutes). They're constantly adding new features too!
