Just started with the app but so far the customer service has been great, all good.
They respond to queries quickly. Easy to use app. Peter at Seal was excellent at solving my query.
Hi, If anyone else is reading this and needs help with the app, just send us an email to [email protected] and we will be more than happy to help you out :) Regarding the issue the merchant had. We contacted them and helped them resolve the issue. The problem was very specific to their use case and wasn't an issue within the app. Again, if anyone needs help with the app, just send us an email to [email protected] as we are more than happy to help you out :) Seal Subscriptions team
Very simple to set up if you watch the video that comes with it.
The app integrated onto our site perfectly and super easily. I reached out to customer service about adjusting the widget font color and they fixed it immediately. Super great service.
Migrated from Recharge since the price increase was going to kill my small business. So far everything has gone well with a few small bugs, but the customer help has been quick thus far. Hope to continue to have good results with the app!
Wow, thank you so much for this amazing review :) We are happy to hear that you like our affordable pricing, the app and our customer support team. Working with you has been a pleasure :) Best Regards, Seal Subscriptions team
Great App, easy to install and has lead to an increase in repeat sales on my website. I did have a query, emailed the help desk and it was addressed and fixed very quickly.
Everything has been seamless in setting this feature up. I love this app for my store. Thank you!
So far, so good! I like that they have a free plan, as I am not sure if I will have any subscribers! But I wanted to have the options just incase! It was super easy to set up!! It only took me 5 minutes max.
