Working with the support team to figure out if it's a configuration or app issue. 5 Star rating still holding at the moment but payment is a core function so this one is important. App has many great features across all plans. Tech support is responsive and effective in addressing issues as they arise. Great experience using the app. Confident that any future issues will be addressed with minimal impact to the store. Update January 2025. We continue to receive excellent support from the tech team. Have been using the app to its fullest capabilities and it continues to add value to our customers' positive store experience.

Seal Subscriptions has been amazing to work with. In terms of functionality and capability, they are a leading subscription application with great pricing. They have all the features that we needed such as deeper discounts on first orders with smaller subsequent discounts. They are also constantly making improvements to the app and putting out new features. I highly recommend them. Also, another huge benefit is how fast and easy their support has been. Over the years I have had a few things come up that I needed support with and they are so prompt and helpful that it has made my job that much easier. Henry with Seal Subscriptions has been great!

Set up was quick, seems to work. Had some issues with setting up other subscription services, particularly integration with our theme. This one was automatic and took me 3 minutes.

It is easy to setup and has extensive functionality, for example, product price changes can be auto-updated in running subscriptions, to mention just one. Moreover, Henry from customer support is doing a great job. The customer support is top-notch!

L'application est claire et assez facile à paramétrer même s'il faut prendre un peu le temps. Pour mettre aux couleurs de notre marques les notifications auto et espaces clients, il faut bidouiller un peu le HTML mais l'assistance de l'app est ultra helpfull et réactive. J'ai posé plusieurs questions et eu des retours extrêmement rapides et utiles.

The installation of the app is simple and it really works great. The best thing is that once the customer did the subscription, the order is placed within the set intervall automatically. Means it generates the full order (as it would be a regular order), what is really helpful for our fullfillment. You have a nice overview about the upcoming income and can easily edit the customer details. Highly recommended app!
