i have some clients that i need to restart... i find it hard to set up a subscription for a customer or set up a third party sub. I'd also like a "start date" as we often get people who want to give a sub as a gift. that way we could set it up ahead of time. But i love having this option. we have many customers that subscribe!
Hi, Thank you so much for your review, we are pleased to know that you like the app :) You can easily set up a subscription for your existing customers by creating it manually in the app OR by sending the customer a quick checkout link where they can pay for the initial order and start the subscription :) While Shopify's system doesn't natively support the option to set a "start date" you can use our fixed schedules in combination with adjustable discounts on the subscription rule to achieve something similar. We can dig deeper into this if you can explain your use case in details by sending us an email to [email protected] :) We are always happy to help and even if something isn't yet possible due to technical limitations in Shopify, we will do our best to find some kind of a workaround for it :) Best Regards, Seal Subscriptions app team

Very poor support. The app’s functionality can break at any time, and there’s no one from their team available to address the issue.
Hi, I am sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the app. I have checked our support system but I can't see any ticket opened by you in the recent days. Can I ask you to send us an email to [email protected] so we can help you out? I found this pretty straight forward to use, really liked the different subscription offers. I chose the free one but will move up once business grows.

Probably the easiest install we've had. Easy walk through set up. I also love that they have an option for auto invoicing for businesses like ours that can't do auto payments. Our customers have been begging for this, so we are so excited to finally be able to offer it!
