Easy to work through subscription rule to get active on site
easy app handling, sometimes a little bit confusing
i have some clients that i need to restart... i find it hard to set up a subscription for a customer or set up a third party sub. I'd also like a "start date" as we often get people who want to give a sub as a gift. that way we could set it up ahead of time. But i love having this option. we have many customers that subscribe!
Hi, Thank you so much for your review, we are pleased to know that you like the app :) You can easily set up a subscription for your existing customers by creating it manually in the app OR by sending the customer a quick checkout link where they can pay for the initial order and start the subscription :) While Shopify's system doesn't natively support the option to set a "start date" you can use our fixed schedules in combination with adjustable discounts on the subscription rule to achieve something similar. Very helpful for those of us that aren't tech savvy.
hope could be more flexible with customization
My roadblock so far has been that my customer portal is not showing up as completed but customer service initially replied quickly. Also having some issues with the widget showing up 3 times on my product page and not sure why. Otherwise, it's been really easy as a first-timer to navigate.
