Very easy to use, better than Joy App!
Really easy to use and the free plan has been great for me as I am starting my business. The support team are brilliant - always happy to answer any question I have or help in anyway and reply super fast. Would definitely recommend and continue to use as I grow my business
Just set up so early days but impressed by what this app can do (even just the free version) and the support available. Easy to set up, we just used the you tube video to check we were on the right track, but it was all pretty self explanatory anyway. Recommend!
Such an easy app to use. Customers have full access to change their items, address, and shipping frequency. We have had a great experience.

UI needs improvement, especially with adding more filter options. Right now, discounts for free products are being applied permanently instead of only on the first subscription order. We occasionally offer free products, but the system continues to apply the discount on every renewal. Because of this, we’ve been manually removing those discounts to ensure the items aren’t repeatedly marked as free.

My roadblock so far has been that my customer portal is not showing up as completed but customer service initially replied quickly. Also having some issues with the widget showing up 3 times on my product page and not sure why. Otherwise, it's been really easy as a first-timer to navigate.
