The app is awesome. The GUI is a pleasure to use and the technical support that I have received has been the best I have ever encountered.

I love how I can choose the frequency. My customers normally go through my product every 4 months which is an abnormal subscription frequency but I was able to set it up just fine through seal. I like how I can establish Terms and Conditions and set a discount to be applied to the customers billing cycle after a set amount of payments! I also like how you can choose how many billing cycles a customer has to have before they can pause or cancel the subscription. I still chose to let them be able to cancel or pause after the initial order but it’s still a nice option to have and something I might take advantage of in the future. The setup was easy and you can establish multiple rules at once and choose which products the subscription can apply to right away. I also like the way the widget looks on my product page! I can’t speak on how well it works because I only just set it up but I’m very pleased so far. I have the free plan.

Reached out to customer service a few times while setting up my Shopify site subscriptions and each time customer service was excellent - quick, concise support and they included custom coding without additional fees or hassle. Subscription set up is straight forward and will now use their Bundler App based on the ease of use + quality of customer support experience with Seal Subscriptions. Highly recommend.

The team at Seal was quick to respond to our issue and research/solve the problem. Because of this, we were able to continue using a specific Shopify feature that was otherwise not able to be utilized properly. We appreciate the great customer service!
