Useless app, just like Shopify's own app. You can't set quantities. If you create two plans (delivery every 3 or 6 months, etc.), it always uses the price for 1 item as a reference for the discounted price. This means that the customer would receive 1 product every 3 months, not 3.

Seal Subscriptions is designed to manage recurring subscription plans, but quantity-based pricing and quantity breaks are usually handled by apps that specialize in bundles or quantity discounts. If you want to offer subscriptions together with quantity breaks, we recommend combining Seal Subscriptions with Bundler app, which is designed for that type of setup. For example, Seal can handle the recurring subscription logic, while Bundler can help with quantity-based offers such as buying 3 products on a recurring schedule.
