Easy to use and set-up on our website. Completed the integration, addition and completely up in a few minutes

Support was super helpful and made adjustments as needed. We used this with the bundler app and our developer made some additional code to work the way we wanted. After a customer makes a subscription and edits their subscription order in the portal, they are not able to get the bundler discount, but they said they are working on it! This was a relatively easy app to install.

Easy to set up and use. My biggest complaint is an unresolved issue regarding shipping notifications for products that are on a subscription. Cannot seem to get it resolved.
Thank you for being our loyal customer. As we already talked in the past, the notifications which are sent to the customers regarding the delivery of the products in your shop are not controlled by us, which means that we can't make the adjustments you asked for. If we could do that, we would of course do it. But in this case, it will be better to contact Shopify Support and ask them if they can help you with the shipping notifications. To be fair. all I did so far is installing and applying the subscription on my products. so far so good. still need to see how it works over the next few weeks.

Easy to use and very intuitive. It desperately needs the ability to give free shipping to some subscribers and not others so that we could easily run promos. I figured out a way around that, but it will require way more work from me. For that, I give it 4 stars.

You can set up free shipping with "Delivery Profiles" in our Seal Subscriptions app. The delivery profiles allow you to set up specific delivery profiles which will be applied only to specific subscription rules. 定期購買を設定するためにののアプリを使いました。日本語環境下でもうまく使えます。無料プランもあり利用しやすいアプリです。 ただ、設定には英語の説明を理解する必要があり、英語に自信のないにはハードルが高いと思われます。

Installation was quick and easy. It is great that they offer the app for free up to 100 customers. If subscriptions go beyond that number, the paid service will more than pay for itself.

Just started using the app. It works well as far as I can see although more testing is needed for me to be completely sure it is awesome. Keep up the good work :)

Getting nearly perfect. Great support and app but 2 warnings: 1. product text on your subscriptions does not update when you update your store products. If you have a spelling error or clarify a product description, your subscription test does not update. Needs to be a toggle/option to push this to subscriptions. 2. Not yet possible to offer the same product as auto-pay or invoice (featured is planned in future). You must create the product 2x in your store which is confusing to customers and messy for inventory management. Other apps offer the customer to choose between these options, we get many customer complaints about this feature missing.

Easy set up . Haven't used it publicly yet but I like it so far. I look forward to seeing how it functions once the store opens.

Just installed the app in a few minutes and so far everything seems to work smoothly... Also a very clear overview of subscription. Very satisfied so far.
