Horrible customer service, if you can call it that. It takes 24+ hours because they are in the UK and I'm in the US, for one. They have no one else offering help if not in UK hours. The general reply is that there is a video to figure it out, or it's Shopify's fault, and it doesn't do that. There is no willingness to help figure anything out, and the attitude is horrible. They do not serve the customer. It turns out it's not Shopify's fault - it's actually Seal's that doesn't work like they said it would. Don't bother. The price is pretty, but that's about it.
Hi, We’ve replied to each of your emails as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours, and almost always within 12 hours. While our goal is to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, we typically reply much sooner. You’re absolutely right that we’re based in Europe, and we’re continuously working to improve our response times. In fact, we’re currently exploring options to expand our support team to the U.S. to make the experience even better. We’re sorry to hear that the app didn’t work as expected. From what I see, the problem was with how your invoicing app displays the subscription info on your packing slips. We switched from ReCharge over to Seal a couple of years ago without any trouble. It's much less expensive, the support team is quick, knowledgeable, and they have actual humans look into your issues. Shout out to Nathan for top notch customer service.

This subscription platform was exactly what we were looking for. You can read about all the features and I can assure you that they all work as advertized. I had two questions while getting the app going. Their support has been excellent with Peter, the head of development even responding. I highly recommend Seal Subscriptions.

so far so good, I just set up my 1st Pre Order rule and all looks good. I can't wait to experience our first official customer that subscribes! :)
