It took some time for me to get the hang of it, but I was able to set-up the rules and understand the potential of the app. I am glad that I was encouraged to try a little harder. It is actually not that difficult. The good news is that the subscription service now automatically charges shipping for each delivery. I thought I would have to make special rules. We will see how it goes. I am sure that some customers will appreciate having the subscription option.

It's something to get used to, but it makes it easy to keep track of subscriptions! Been using the laptop version for a few months and have only run into one glitch that was fixed promptly by customer support. Would recommend!

We switched from ReCharge due to the price hike in January. Overall, Seal is a good product and excellent value for money. My only gripe is that you have to upgrade to see all of a customers Subscriptions in one view and this is not ideal for us, as we have multiple products on different cycles - so it is a bit painful for the customers to administer.

Just installed the App and so far so good! Was easy to configure. Will see how it goes when orders are placed!

Good App for Subscription Managment. In some areas it does not work perfectly with Shopify. Support is great, though!

Seal works great! It is easy to use. I wish it was possible to edit credit card information on subscription. We have customers call and want us to update their credit card, and the software does not allow us to do that. The customer has to do it themselves via email. Some of our older customers don't have email.

But let me also reply to your question here. As per credit card industry's security standards, we mustn't save or handle any full credit cart data. However, Shopify allows you to updated the credit card information for some payment methods directly on the customer's profile in Shopify. You can check if you can also do this in your case in Shopify admin > Customers > click on the customer and then on the right side, you should have an option to update the credit card data next to the payment methods ;) Regards, Seal Subscriptions team

It's a great product overall. The information can easily be customized to fit the branding, which helps tie everything together really well. I do wish I could create a more general subscription which would allow my customers to pick and choose the files for a flat fee. The solution I currently found is to add it as an add-on product which the customer could add to their cart afterward. ***Important to note*** Certain website themes will show subscription option, even for variations which weren't selected. It seems to be an issue with the website theme, and NOT the plugin.

Great customer service. had an issue which was resolved fast. The app itself works with no issues, only real problem is the lack of other apps than can integrate with Seal

This is a great app, and the customer service is phenomenal. Their simple platform has allowed my business to get off the ground. Because of their free model, it's given me time to grow, and I will be sticking with them for the paid model when I need more functionality. The UX is not always intuitive, and the support documentation is limited. Once they build that out, this app will be unstoppable.
