Excellent app and service. I wrote them about an issue with my SS widget and it was solved in less than 24 hours. I've been using the app for 3 years now and I love it.

Works very easy and has a lot of features even in the free version. Works without problems. Had contact with support once regarding a technical thing when launching on new markets, problem solved instantly, not like the other apps with outsourced customer service.

The integration and setup was flawless. Took me less than 15-minutes. Highly recommend. Also, make sure to check State laws surrounding subscription services. This was the only app I found with a free plan which is great for new businesses like mine, however, for those in California, a customer who accepts a subscription offer online must be able to cancel the subscription online and the free plan does not offer this. SB 313 Section 17602 of the Business and Professions Code.
Thank you for this great review :) I just wanted to explain that the option to cancel subscription is available to customers even if you are using our app on the free plan. Had a bit of trouble with the widget placement at first, but customer service sorted it out really quickly. Just shoot them an email if you have questions, and they're quite fast at responding, even on weekends. All in all, things are going well. I think this app offers the best bang for your buck in the subscriptions category.

I haven't used the app yet as I literally am JUST launching it, but I had some questions about appearance and the customer service was top notch. They responded almost immediately and they didn't just tell me how to fix it, they jumped on it and emailed back with "it's taken of!" Talk about customer service. 10/10. Functionality wise, I'm not doing anything complicated with my subscriptions but I found it incredibly easy to setup.
