Super easy to use with great tutorials. The things you can do with different discounts and billing cycles are very helpful!

The app works well. Can slow the customer experience a little due to the volume of products we offer the subscription on. Features could be better. We offer discounts depending on how often someone gets a product and when another product is added to the plan, it puts it at full price and doesn't respect the frequency. Many of our customers struggle to manage the plans themselves as products don't add when they do it so there's a lot of manual customer service tickets.

Their customer service was quick and responsive! While we haven't yet launched our subscription products, the Seal Subscriptions Team were quick to address a small issue we had with certain phrasing of an error our store had run into while testing. They went into the app and enabled text editing for the option! Thank you very much!

I started using Seal Subscriptions with Shopify several months ago and have been pleased with the service. I recently reached out to support with an issue and they responded quickly with a solution - the issue was on my end and was fixed with their response.

I haven't quite used the app yet but the customer service has been fantastic! I know theyre based in europe so I wasn't expecting a response so soon since we are in FL but they responded in minutes and resolved my issue quicker than that! 10/10 thank you seal!

We have found Seal Subscriptions to be a feature-rich app that supports most standard subscription functionalities, along with additional thoughtful features that simplify backend operations. The dynamic customer and order tag management is particularly useful. Since implementing Seal Subscriptions, we have observed a positive increase in sales conversions. We look forward to the addition of crucial features, such as inventory location-based tracking (to accurately skip renewal orders with out-of-stock items) and the ability to exclude certain products from subscriptions or one-time purchases. Enhanced handling of initial subscription orders, ensuring no first-order-specific data carries over to subsequent renewals, would also be beneficial. The support team at Seal Subscriptions is top-notch, responsive, thoughtful, and very helpful. We highly recommend Seal Subscriptions to Shopify merchants seeking a sophisticated and stable product subscription solution.

I have been working with the app for a few months now and it works very well. Although I miss the chat support, the seal team are attentive to the mail and respond super fast. Any doubt I have is solved instantly. Thank you!
