The app is good and has many useful features. I’m giving fewer stars because they use a low-cost Cloudflare IP that gets blocked on weekends in Spain due to La Liga football streaming blocks, so my Spanish customers can’t buy subscriptions. The team already knows about this issue but doesn’t seem very interested in finding a solution. I’m still looking for an alternative subscription app.
Hi, Thank you for your honest review and for pointing out that you find the app useful, we truly appreciate that. Regarding the IP restriction in Spain, we completely understand how frustrating this situation is. The blocks you are referring to are not something set by us or by Cloudflare directly, but are imposed by Spanish court orders related to La Liga broadcasting rights. In certain cases, these orders affect shared CDN IP ranges, which can unfortunately impact completely unrelated services like ours. Even though this is outside of our direct control, we absolutely take it seriously. We are currently evaluating changes to our CDN infrastructure to reduce the likelihood of this happening in the future. Our priority is to provide stable and reliable access for all merchants and their customers, and we are actively working toward improving this. We appreciate you raising this publicly and we understand your concerns. Your feedback helps us push these improvements forward.

Ease of intergration with my shop. They only thing I wish for is for customers to be able to cancel or edit their subscription with the free version.

Really great option for starting subscriptions on your page. It would be amazing if the widget was more customisable but for the price you can't really complain.

Simple Straightforward subscriptions! Perfect for small businesses or low volume subs. We needed something that wouldn't break the bank and still provide basic subscriptions and custom frequency!

So far so good. I have tried other apps and they were a nightmare. This app works well at this stage.

I have used Seal Subs for over a year now. Overall, the app runs great and delivers great results. Very pleased with it.
