Just started integrating this app and so far it's streamlined and simple to set up the free version for adding subscriptions to my products as I build my store to get ready to sell!

We used to have Recharge but man this app beats it by far. Flawless and easy, super powerful options and implemented in 5 min in my Shopify 2.0 Theme. I already sold 10 Subscriptions within the first week without doing any additional marketing.

Works well for subscriptions. Some customers say it's hard to find their portal to pause their subscription though.
Wow, thank you so much for this great review :) If you customer has an account in your shop, then the customer will be able to view subscriptions by logging into their account and going to /a/subscriptions/manage URL in your shop. If the customer doesn't have an account in your shop, then they can still view, edit and cancel their subscription through the magic link they receive in each subscription email. If you need help adding the before mentioned link to the account menu page, just contact us at [email protected] and we will do this for you. And in case you already have it there, we can help you make it stand out more so that customers will be able to easily find it ;)

We have tried a few subscription apps and Seal is hands on the best one. It is easy to setup and has extensive functionality, for example, product price changes can be auto-updated in running subscriptions, to mention just one. Moreover, Henry from customer support is doing a great job. The customer support is top-notch!

The app is very easy to use! We started subscriptions again in January 2022 and have had no issues with Seal. Subscriptions have become the base of our business so having a reliable service is very important! Anytime I've had questions I have received a quick response. The FAQ is also very helpful.

Cannot speak highly enough on this subscription app for my Shopify e-commerce site. I depend on this app's functionality for the entire suitability of even using a shopping cart for my products. And the support has been phenomenal in all regards even when I needed something to work outside of this app's normal features. Their knowledge and suggestions of other compatible apps I needed saved me a great amount of time as well!

L'application est claire et assez facile à paramétrer même s'il faut prendre un peu le temps. Pour mettre aux couleurs de notre marques les notifications auto et espaces clients, il faut bidouiller un peu le HTML mais l'assistance de l'app est ultra helpfull et réactive. J'ai posé plusieurs questions et eu des retours extrêmement rapides et utiles.

The installation of the app is simple and it really works great. The best thing is that once the customer did the subscription, the order is placed within the set intervall automatically. Means it generates the full order (as it would be a regular order), what is really helpful for our fullfillment. You have a nice overview about the upcoming income and can easily edit the customer details. Highly recommended app!

We just opened a global Shopify shop with Seal Subscription service at the core of it. Highly impressed with the rich functionality of this subs platform. However, we found a product pricing glitch in certain market specific situations and got in touch with Seal Subscriptions support team. They responded super quick and were able to fix the issue in bare minutes. Highly recommend this company & their subs app!

The absolute best customer service among all the apps! I highly recommend Seal Subscriptions to any business looking to add a subscription program to their store (big or small). Their app is easy to use, and offers everything you need from a subscription partner - but unlike other apps, Seal goes above and beyond in their commitment to ensuring you are onboarded with ease and that any potential business challenges are solved (and quickly).

I like that this app gives the option of not auto-charging the customer, but sending an invoice instead. This avoids the customer wanting to make changes after the charge has processed. The customer service is 5-star. The app developer (Henry) is very responsive to questions. He listens to the users' issues and does his best to address them. Features are added to the app all the time. For example, the app needed a necessary feature...the ability to automatically recalculate the renewal dates after a customer has paused and then restarted his subscription. I contacted Henry about it and after a while he was able to add that feature. He is always helpful!
Thank you for your review. The app actually already recalculates the renewal dates after the customer pauses and then resumes their subscription. It will recreate the invoicing schedule according to the last successful charge.
