The app does a great job, depending on the plan. What's been really 5-STAR is the customer service via Chat Box. Backstory: We got the basic plan when brand new to Shopify. (20% discount on $5.99 = $4.80) Yeah! Then the plan "spontaneously" cancelled 20 days later and generated an invoice. We did not cancel it. So, the Trustoo chat rep collected our data and screen shots validating our purchase. They arranged a refund for the brief usage period and sent emails with click boxes to ask/answer questions. Thorough! The following day I got back on Chat and they worked with us on a discount for the next level of Import services. We are very pleased!
