The support team was fast, helpful, and actually took the time to solve my issues instead of sending generic replies. The widgets look clean, lightweight, and fit well with branded Shopify stores. Definitely recommended if you want a review app that looks modern and is easy to work with.

I had some trouble importing reviews through the Trustoo Review App and wasn’t sure how to fix it. When I contacted support, Faith stepped in and handled everything with great efficiency. She quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it without any complications. What stood out the most was how clear and communicative she was throughout the process. She made sure I understood what was going on and confirmed that everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. It’s always reassuring to receive such reliable and professional support. Really grateful for the help made my experience much better!

accidentally deleted all my products on Shopify and lost all my reviews along with them. I was devastated because those reviews took a long time to build. I reached out to the Trustoo support team and they were incredibly helpful — they were able to locate all my reviews and reassign them back to the correct products on my store. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to recover them. Trustoo saved me. If you’re looking for a reliable review app that actually has your back when things go wrong, this is it. 10/10 would recommend.
