As a long-time user of the WILL ecosystem (especially the Parcel app), I decided to switch to TrustWILL to take my store to the next level. Despite an initial technical hurdle importing my customer photos from previous apps, the team responded with exemplary professionalism. While other services often do the bare minimum, Pia and her team made a genuine, concrete effort to adapt my CSV files and save all my customer visuals. This kind of personalized support gives me the confidence to commit to a long-term paid subscription. The app is powerful, but it’s their reactivity and commitment to service that truly earn these 5 stars. I highly recommend it to any e-commerce owner looking for a reliable and human-centered solution.
