I'm very impressed with this review app. This is now my second review app, so I was very happy that Trustoo support did most of the leg work importing my old reviews. The lazy load feature on the All Reviews page is super nice. It adds a beautiful touch of high tech sophistication to any store, and the options for display configurations are abundant and well thought. If you're a little confused like I was about the translation service, EDIT: Joey's explanation below gives more clarity. I haven't had Trustoo long enough to know if issues arise that require special assistance. My old review app (who shall remain nameless) was constantly breaking down anytime they did an update or if I updated my theme. I haven't seen too many complaints about Trustoo breaking down, and by the way, this app has some of the fewest 1 star reviews, especially by ratio of 5 star, most of which are very petty grievances. Trustoo seems like it's a workhorse that can hold up well, and I'll update this over time to keep you in the loop. I've been selling online for over 20 years, In my opinion, collecting and displaying reviews is the most important function you can install on your store.

We're thrilled that you're enjoying the app's features, particularly the lazy load functionality and display configurations^^ I wanted to take a moment to clarify our translation service, as there seems to be a misunderstanding, our translation feature actually does NOT charge based on how many reviews your visitors view or which languages they view them in, here's how it works: - Each paid plan includes 1,000 review translations as part of the package - For stores with more than 1,000 reviews, we only charge $1 per additional 1,000 reviews (not per view) - This is a one-time fee charged only when reviews are first translated, not each time visitors view them - For example, if you have 3,000 reviews total, you would only pay an additional $2 for the 2,000 reviews beyond your plan's included 1,000 - The translation works for all languages and doesn't charge based on visitor views or interactions We completely respect your decision to disable the feature if it doesn't suit your needs as an English-language store, but just wanted to ensure you had the correct information about our pricing structure^^ Thank you so much again for highlighting the stability of our app - that's really something we take great pride in!
