Picasita review for TrustWILL Product Reviews App

Mobile usability has become better, however Integration with google product reviews has been failing for us for months now and I never get convincing responses. We will probably start evaluating other options if this is not solved because if you let reviews come in legitimately and then that does not reach Google, it's not a good choice. Raised my concern with support on Friday. It's tuesday and received no feedback about what can be going on, not even a suggestion.
