This is an essential app. In my opinion this should be a default part of Shopify.
I absolutely love this app! Thank you Shopify for creating this valuable tool!
No support as such, only bla-bla-bla, generic "kind" replies and RTFM in the best case scenario. No filtering by tags is implemented in the right way - its just not working, guys, nope. Why on EARTH do you have this option for!??? Just unpublish the thing! Take the app away from the Marketplace! I regret I wasted so much of my lifetime trying to troubleshoot&fix this application!
This is a great, easy to use app. works seamlessly on the website and our click rate has increased rapidly already. good reports provide great insight into any missed searches and keywords
Hello, Thank you for this application which works well overall. However, there is a HUGE problem with the filter section: products that are out of stock are still proposed. In our case, we're talking about a filter by size (shoe), and by selecting the filter, all the models are displayed, whether they're in stock or NOT. This creates a huge sense of frustration on the consumer side. Please solve this problem as soon as possible!
Hi there; you can control the display of out of stock product variants in search results from the app's settings :) In the Settings screen, there is an "Out of stock products" section where you can choose to not show items in search results, which also applies to filtered views. This app does not load on my pc.
Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing the app. If you're not the store owner, it may be because Staff permissions are not set to allow you to access all screens of the app. You can see in the Help documentation which permissions are required. https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/search-and-discovery#staff-permissions If the problem persists, we suggest contacting Shopify's support team with details on what browser you're using and any errors messages you might be seeing.
Having to create a whole metafield list because you cant remove simple tags from the filter list is CRAZY. Way to make my job way harder than it needs to be.
