I was facing an issue with the app. however after contacting the support team Jack helped me solve that problem very effectively.

The one feature I wish it had was the ability to set rules for recommendations. I get auto-generated ones that don't make sense, like a ring and a baby onesie. If I could select which tag or collection to recommend from, the auto-generate would be more accurate for upsells.

Pretty good. Makes it easier to provide a simple link to complimentary products in theme setup rather than product description text.

All of my recommended products on every product in my store was reset to some random default with no warning, giving me hours if not weeks of work to do. Editing to now mention that changes to the recommended products are not sticking. The app is showing random products in the recommended section and there is no way to edit it. This is really, really frustrating. I've been wondering why sales have been down the last few days, now I know why. The "hide default" products is not working.

Yes, the app is free, but it’s missing a lot of important functionalities. For example, you can’t set the “in stock” filter to be checked by default, you can’t display available variants directly on the collection page, and there’s no quick buy option. The list goes on.

App is easy to use and set-up. I just hope they add this future on the next update: 1. Enable collection-specific filters, allowing each collection to have its own tailored filter set. 2. Adjust the number of products displayed per page to improve loading speed when filters return a large number of results. 3. The selected filter will be displayed as an image or icon instead of text.

Under “Search & Discovery” app’s Recommendations tab, I have put 3 specific items in the Related Products column for each of my products (a total of 8 products), yet on the live website, the You May also like section only displays, 1 or 2 items, not all 3 items I’ve specified, and it is inconsistent in it's display tendencies. The settings within Shopify (Maximum products to show) for the “Related Products” is set to 3. Why am I seeing less than 3 items displayed on the live site? This app sort of does what I want, but not exactly as I want, therefore, 3 stars. Please work to improve this.

The app provides some great features to improve search and product discovery. It would get 5 stars if the Recommendation feature worked in reverse for custom product pairings.

Unfortunately the filter of sizes does not work at all. Even though we have selected for out of stock merchandise not to show up, it still does. Additionally, it fails to filter sizes properly. Not recommended

Alles funktioniert so, aber ihr müsst es bei den neuen Themes anpassen, denn er zeigt beim Filtern Inhalte an, die nicht dazu gehören.

Very bad users experience and the fact that I cannot customize URLs is stupid. Have you looked at your URLs after createing filter? They look like this "filter.v.t.shopify.theme=gid%3A%2F%2Fshopify%2FTaxonomyValue%". Who wants to have these URLs in their website?
