when you filter a size, color or any other variant, the results show all the products even if they are not available or out of stock. This is uncomfortable for our customers, since they will not know for sure if the size in this case is available or not. We hope you find a quick solution to this small problem. thank you.
Hi there; you can now control the display of out of stock product variants from the app's settings :) In the Settings screen, there is an "Out of stock products" section where you can choose to not show items in search results, which also applies to filtered views. Veru good app but the Shopify support is not on par with the rest of the apps on from the app store. App devs are helping with app installation and customization but Shopify help is redirecting to public resources. Well, we won't need support if we could find our answers in public resources. There is not even a support email where we can answer questions! My question: how we can make the filters sticky on the default Shopify Dawn theme.

It would be incredibly helpful to define more than one filter set and have the ability to indicate which filter set should be used on a collection template. Right now I am forced into having one set of filters for every collection, even when collections are comprised of different product categories that have unique search criteria (filters).

Love this app for customising recommending products, the filter section needs a lot more customisation for me to be able to consider using it but being able to customise recommended AND matching products has been great for my customers & helping them find what they need visually. The one big downside is the automated recommendations, they make hardly any sense & I can't turn them all off - I have to do it one by one then replace all of them manually, it's taking me 4-6 minutes to do each product & I am dreading having to go through it again when I release a new collection. Great especially for an app I don't need to pay extra money money for, but time consuming

The app is awesome for creating filters and recommendations. Only wish there was a way to have the Search & Discovery app for offline products and/or on the Shopify POS.

Works great; would rate this with five stars if it would be possible if you could change the way of filtering. Currently 'OR' is standard in the same filtergroup; would be great if there it is configurable to change this to AND (i.e. to narrow down options). I.e. If PC and Xbox are selected for Platform you would expect to see items that work on both PC and Xbox. Currently you see items that work on PC or Xbox.

I downloaded the app and was impressed with its user-friendly interface. It's so intuitive that I would even be willing to pay for it. However, there is a significant flaw in the filtering feature that renders it useless for our needs. The problem lies in the static nature of the filters. For instance, if I select 'Brown' under the 'Color' filter and 'L' under the 'Size' filter, the app returns 'nothing found.' This is because the filters are not dynamically linked, meaning that the app does not take into account the relationship between the two filters. It would be great if the app could have a dynamic filter behavior where choosing values from different filters wouldn't result in the frustrating 'nothing found' message. For example, it would be helpful if selecting 'Brown' would automatically eliminate 'L' from the 'Size' filter, preventing users from encountering a dead end. Overall, the app has great potential, but the filter issue needs to be addressed to make it more practical for users. I hope the developers can implement a dynamic filter behavior soon.

Regarding your request for filters to be dynamically linked: It is already possible for Shopify themes to show how many results a filter will return before it is applied, and those counts are updated as customers apply additional filters. If your theme isn't already taking advantage of this feature already, we recommend contacting your theme's developer for assistance on implementing it. You can test this feature on your own store by downloading any of Shopify's free themes and previewing it in your store as an unpublished theme.

When I logged a ticket (32415414) to complain about the fact that this app was installed without our consent, I was shown a log of our logins and told one of us must have installed it. Now I see in these comments SF admits to having installed it. Not cool guys. At least tell your support team what is going on so they can explain it to us.

The Filters work fine and perform well as of now. Previous: The filters on my site stopped working As soon as they changed storefront filters to this app. Waiting for a fix then I might revise my Review.
