Apparently, the tags shop filter only works in your main language... So any secondary languages don't show the additional filter. Come on Shopify, get with the times!

The app works pretty well as a free offering. It won out in A/B testing from our previous paid solution. I'm hoping the developers introduce a setting to 'draft' status filters so that they can be hidden from a store without totally deleting them and having to re add them at a later date. I would also like a preview option on draft filters so we can do something like setup a large meta field list without impacting the prod site when looking to preview the filter. Currently I am having to setup a product meta field on our sandbox store of over 18k products so that I can preview that meta field list color filtering 'AND' behavior works as expected and then I will have to bring all these meta field values over to our prod store. A simpler solution would allow me to setup the meta fields on the prod store, preview the new Color filter on prod without making it live to test it, and then if it works as expected setting it to live. Another nice to have, would be to make product.options by Color as an AND filter by default instead of OR so that a metafield list wouldn't even be necessary.

The app has a bug that doesn't work with recommended products on product pages.

Good app if you're only using one language. When working in several markets/languages the filter using product tags only works in your primary language, it will not be visible in your others...

Great app but the color swatch on the filter is having a clear background. I wouldn't mind assistance
It's possible that your online store theme has not been updated to display color swatches. We recommend downloading a recent version of a free Shopify theme, like Dawn, and preview color swatch filters in an unpublished theme. If the colors show up as expected, you can contact your theme's developer on how to get an updated theme, or you could try a different theme from the Theme Store that has been updated to support color swatches. We know that some merchants see a blank/clear color swatch whenever the online store theme's codebase isn't using Shopify's native color swatch solution. Sometimes a theme developer will have built their own custom solution for that theme instead of using the platform features.
