Terrible support, terrible app. Firstly the app never picked up any of our branding colours, so had to spend over an hour of my time manually adding them in multiple places and then testing on the front end. The results returned were poor and inaccurate. The results page showed some weird narrow block of two product columns on desktop with no setting to say three columns. The filters with metafields simply did nothing on the front end despite all my products having metafields. Absolute waste of my time and having sent 5 emails to your so called support team and only one answered, I decided to uninstall and look elsewhere. Don't bother replying with the standard "Please contact our support team" because I certainly will not and would be another complete waste of time since you rudely ignore emails anyway!

We were never ignoring you, we needed some time to look into your problems to find a solution. Sadly, it wasn't fast enough for you and you continued our communication using inappropriate language (profanity) and insulted our support agents. In the end, we saw you uninstalled our app so we didn't get a chance to help you, unfortunately.
