Searchanise Search & Filter
The reviews for the Searchanise Shopify App are overwhelmingly positive, with users praising the excellent customer support, fast response times, and helpfulness of the support team. Many users highlighted the app's effectiveness in improving search functionality on their online stores and the ease of customization to match their store's look and feel. Additionally, the cost-effectiveness of the app compared to other options was a common positive theme. However, some users mentioned minor issues such as slow reindexing, lack of customization for collection pages, and occasional technical difficulties.
More quick service from support, thanks Viktor B
problem working with prestige theme ? installing is realy bad and help no respones?
A few teething problems, but support get onto it quite quickly. Thank you Damon K, Yuriy A, and Madina R. I'll just add that this app beats the Shopify generic Search & Discovery hands down. It's more customisable, gives better results, and better insights into customer search behaviour.
Where is the support? You have 1217 reviews and mainly positive but I CANNOT contact you even by some chat? I can't even submit a question to you on your "help" facility in shopify becuase the SUMBIT button does NOT WORK!!! As I cannot submit my query on the proper support page I have no choice but to put it here: I want the look and feel of the search results page on our website, **lemonsalt.co.uk**, to remain exactly as it is. I don't want Searchandise to override our existing UI for displaying products, articles, recipes, or other search results. To achieve this, I disabled the widget on the **Search Results Widget** page. Once I did that, our own search results layout was displayed correctly, which is exactly what I wanted. However, I noticed something unexpected: **recipes and articles built with PageFly are no longer returned in the search results.** They only appear when the **Search Results Widget** is enabled. Is there a way to access Searchandise's indexed content (particularly PageFly pages) while continuing to use our own search results UI? In other words, can Searchandise provide the search index and results data without taking over the presentation layer? I hope to get an answer soon.
We're sorry to hear about your experience. We've checked your account and can confirm that we've replied to all of your requests. If you haven't received our responses, it's possible that they're being filtered by your email provider, so we'd recommend checking there as well. Regarding the issue with the support request submission button, it's likely related to our ongoing transition to a new interface. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. The good news is that, despite the issue, we're receiving your support requests and responding to them. If you're still unable to find our replies, please let us know, and we'll be happy to find an alternative way to stay in touch.
Goede support. Valerie hielp snel en duidelijk! Daardoor is het makkelijk om dingen aan te passen in de app voor je eigen website.
What a nice review! Thank you for these kind words about our support team and our app in general. Valerie was especially happy to read it.
