We’ve been using Searchanise on our Shopify store for a few years now and have found it to be responsive, mobile friendly, and well supported by the team whenever help is needed. The app was excellent when we first started using it and has continued to improve over time, which is encouraging and helps stores provide a better shopping experience. It is also very detail focused, with useful analytics that are specific to your own store rather than generic reporting. One feature we particularly value is the CSS customisation option, as it allows the plugin to be tailored more closely to the look and feel of the store. For us, that makes a real difference, as search and filtering are effectively part of the shopfront experience.
Overall much better than boost from the pricing and also functions, also much cheaper than doofinder and nice customer service. Small details dont work, e.g. metafield values are not translatable and the analytics only works if instant search is activated, but still i can only recommend. top price/value for shopify! incredible amount of functions. a bit scattered, but support helps.

I love this app - it is a game changer. Not only can you choose the customer-facing look and feel of your search, but you can greatly refine the products, categories and more to make sure you are delivering the information to your customers the way you want it! Plus, get information on missed search terms, not found items and even add synonyms to help your customers get where you want them to go. This app is best in class!

The support has been great, especially Aziz. We used Searchanise for several years on our Magento site and we had some issues, but both the product and the support have been spot on since migrating to Shopify. After testing a couple of other highly-rated search apps in the app store, I would definitely recommend Searchanise.

It's pretty good. Still working on some feature gaps, notably geolocation on the locations filter. The reindexing is horribly slow, though. Support is great!

Really good app, the search settings are really good, wanted some support from them to change some settings and they were really responsive and made a change for me in the background to what i wanted, great service from Aziz.

We had an excellent experience with the Searchanise support team, especially with Dias D. Dias supported us during the implementation of custom badge logic for our Shopify relaunch project. The communication was clear, professional and reliable throughout the process. Our requirements were not standard, as the badge logic had to work across Instant Search, Search Results and Collection pages, while also respecting product metafields, sold-out priority and category-specific conditions. Dias understood the requirements well, coordinated the implementation and confirmed that the live shop would remain unaffected until our final approval. After testing, everything worked as expected. Thank you for the helpful and professional support. Based on this experience, we are confident using Searchanise as our solution for Instant Search and Collection pages in our new shop setup.

Excellent Collections page option and more. Takes a little setting up, but works great once sorted. The team were very helpful. You must ensure you 'Hide' or place 'Active' the specific collections under each tab that you want to show to keep your filters relevant and clean. I apparently left a 3 star review before. This must have been a mistaken click. All good.

Encountered a few issues in terms of the collection page layout/ template, but nothing that the support team can't fix. Appreciate Elijah, most especially, for his patience and willingness to always offer solutions to our concerns and requests.

It is fine, however the lack of customization of the collection pages, specifically the ability to add Custom Liquid Sections to the Product Card makes this APP Less then it could be. We ONLY use it for the "dynamic" search part and NOT the product filtering.
