Hello, We are truly sorry we disappointed you with our slow response time! It's caused by the fact that we're experiencing a high load of tickets due to an increased number of installations. Plus, as far as we analyzed, many of our new clients replaced our competitors' search apps with our app and it also contributed to an increase in installations.
