I used this program for a long time but after I stopped using it, I experienced complete chaos. My website became unusable and I could not find any solution. I was forced to use this program again. I definitely do not recommend it. Because these guys set you up and make you doomed to themselves. They have a business ethic that does not fit any commercial ethics.
Hello, We are very sorry to see you experienced such an issue with our app! After checking your store, we found out you had our Filters on collections feature manually installed via theme files. In this case, if you'd like to stop using Searchanise and get back to your default collections, you need to manually remove the Searchanise code from your theme files. Otherwise, there might be issues with the collection page display which is what happened in your case. We are always ready to do the work for you in such situations.
