Shocked and saddened by the bahaviour from the company in recent weeks. I signed up for a one year subscription in May 2025 which runs until May 2026, and suddenly I find the admin panel is blocked and they want me to pay more because I am on Shopify Plus?! Well I upgraded to Shopify Plus back in August 2024, so that should have been taken into account when I paid for a year subscription for Searchanise in May 2025... after a few emails with them, the admin panel is still blocked.. I am so angry with how I am being treated by this company. AVOID!

Please note that applying the correct plan when your current subscription is over would require temporarily disabling our widgets, which could affect your storefront design. To avoid any disruption for your customers, the admin panel was blocked while the widgets continued to function as usual in your store.
