We had an excellent experience with the Searchanise support team, especially with Dias D. Dias supported us during the implementation of custom badge logic for our Shopify relaunch project. The communication was clear, professional and reliable throughout the process. Our requirements were not standard, as the badge logic had to work across Instant Search, Search Results and Collection pages, while also respecting product metafields, sold-out priority and category-specific conditions. Dias understood the requirements well, coordinated the implementation and confirmed that the live shop would remain unaffected until our final approval. After testing, everything worked as expected.
