We have been using Searchanise for a while and have had a very good experience with their support team. They have always been very helpful whenever we needed assistance customising the app to suit our store. On several occasions, they have gone beyond standard support and made custom changes so that Searchanise works properly with our existing Shopify setup and the way our current systems are configured. Communication has always been clear and they take the time to understand exactly what we are trying to achieve rather than just giving us a generic solution. Most recently, they helped us replicate some custom pricing logic from our Shopify theme within the Searchanise results and provided a solution that worked with our existing setup. Very happy with both the app and the level of support we have received.
