This is my first time creating a website and after going through some technical difficulties, Alfred who was very easy to get in contact with by the shopify help email has gone above and beyond by helping me resolve my matters. Alred was extremely easy to talk to and fast and efficient with his responses. If you are looking to build your own website, shopify truly has a great platform and has exceeded my expectations.
customer service is lacking - multiple emails and no responses to fix a faulty section that I paid for.
Hi, Apologies for how this made you feel. Our records show the opposite. Reply to any of our emails and we'll pick it right up. I also just sent collaborator request. Every email you've sent us over the past six months was answered the same day, most within minutes, including your last one on July 29, which was opened and seen on your end. The fix for this exact section was sent to you back in March and we never heard back, then or on any ticket since. If our replies aren't reaching your inbox, check spam, since your own last message arrived in ours that way.

I love the one-time cost option, everything these days is subscription-based, so this is such a refreshing change. I honestly thought I'd need to hire a website developer to add features and sections like the ones you can purchase here, which would've cost hundreds of dollars just to add a single section. Section Store has saved me so much time and money. Highly recommend!
Great selection of AI optimized sections. Easy to install and customize to your liking. Best of all, choose a couple or create an entire Shopify store. Love the one time only price (unlike other Page creators that make you subscribe based upon number of pages you create and maintain). Awesome customer support when needed...
