Section Store: Theme Sections

Ylli assisted me with the adjustments I wanted on our store. The support was clear, quick, and very helpful in ensuring the changes were made properly. I appreciate the effort and guidance provided.

The app is great and works with all the themes i have used it on. The support (if you ever need it) is fast and friendly.

The app is amazing for allowing so much customisation for a lower price and a lot of flexibility. I had a problem to setup the metafield and dynamic content for Cross-sell and Upsell#1 section and the customer service of Section Store was amazing. I had contact with Ylli, Chud and Mark and they were always super responsive, day and night and always prompt to help. I would definitely recommend this app.

For some reason Shopify lacks the creative ability to design a website well without coding and section store has made it so much easier! Customer service is 10/10, the sections available and what you can customise is 10/10 and the best part is the ability to demo the section before you buy it!! Would highly recommend using this, even if you stick to the free ones

Fantastic sections (it can feel overwhelming at first since they are much more customizable than the Shopify sections, but so worth it!). Epic customer service and support (just helped me out when I asked a super dumb, palm to forehead, kind of question). And they just keep firing off great sections at great prices. I'm all in.

I bought 3 sections from this app because their FAQ clearly says the sections work with all Shopify themes and require no coding skills. Unfortunately, that turned out to be false. • Out of 3 sections, only one worked. • The testimonial section (#28) didn’t display at all. When I contacted support, they admitted it was a conflict with my theme and offered me an exchange, but I don’t want an exchange — I expected it to work as advertised. • The product page videos section couldn’t even be added to my product page. Support told me to follow instructions for “Shopify 1.0” which required manual coding (exactly what they promised wasn’t necessary). Even after following those steps, it still didn’t work. • The third section doesn’t look like the demo they show on their store. I contacted support multiple times asking for a refund but got no reply. Overall, very disappointing experience. The product did not match the claims, and the lack of response makes it worse.

The Section team was very helpful with sections that didn’t specifically fit the theme I was using. However they quickly and efficiently solved all my problems and I was able to have a perfect section.

Very pleased with the ease of use of this app. Implementation and customization was a snap. Devs were very help with questions and resolving issues related to my theme. Definitely will use again and can't recommend enough.
