Their customer service basically doesn't understand any technology, but they basically can't provide any help. I wasted almost a month on this app and got nothing. Sales fell sharply. This app is not recommended, it's a huge pitfall, I contacted them over 30 times and everyone told me it's not their job and need to find an executive, it sounds ridiculous, no support

Segment is essential to our store, Littledata did an amazing job with this app, works seamlessly, also the support team are incredible! Give a shot and be amazed at how easy it is to integrate Shopify data with Segment.

I'm not sure how we would have properly integrated with Segment without this app and without having Shopify Plus, so this was a life saver for our headless implementation! I really appreciate that they have dedicated documentation specifically for headless stores. The set up was a breeze and we will continue using this even when we're on Shopify Plus as it will save a lot of development time.

Forget about all of the other CDPs. The only way to get raw data from source to destination is the tried and true Segmnent.io and this app does that great. Tech support is good and I even had a one-on-one Zoom with one of the founders. The data is good and syncs great. I wish I could give it 5-stars, but there is still work to be done as far as the following: 1. I keep getting connection errors to Shopify and to Google Analytics even though I see data flowing, the errors will not leave. I click Fix and they won't disappear and tech support can't figure it out. 2. The old UA Tag is used instead of the new GA-4. I know it's in beta, but still a bit of a ding seeing the new GA has bee out for a while. 3. The price is a bit much. It's not cheap and reducing it around $50.00 would be more reasonable given that Segment.io has its own fees as well. Overall it's the only way to get the data you need through Segment. I tried a ton of Javascripts and all, but it's just too much.

We are in the middle of refactoring the notification system so we can avoid the first situation that you pointed out. Regarding your second point - we are close to releasing the GA4 destination, but unfortunately we were blocked by a few GA4 limitations. We will most definitely be in contact when both are released.
