Lost Manly Shop review for Seguno Email Marketing

Too expensive, poor support and paying for features that I can get for free on Shopify. Plus they do not upload more than 1 review per customer email address so I lost 2/3 of my reviews because of repeat customer reviews. Not happy. going back to my old review app judgeme and will do my own emailing and newsletters for free with Shopify mail. Plus the setup was a real time waster, not sure what they do, they only tell you what to do, not a lot of doing it for you and follow up support. Have wasted a few weeks setting it up only to delete it now....live and learn, this is the 2nd time I've add then deleted Segundo. You think I'd have learnt the first time. I guess their marketing pulls you in...
Hello again. Last month, we fully refunded you for the two months you paid to use the app. Our reviews app automatically removes reviews left for the same product by the same customer, but allows customers to leave reviews for as many different products as they purchase. However, we never want merchants to pay for services that don't work for them. We thank you for your feedback and hope that we've shown we're committed to making things right.
