I've been with Seguno for over 3 yrs now and can't praise the team enough for all the support and strategic insight provided. It's easy to use, integrates well into Shopify and Our results have improved year on year. If you know, you know and it's a no brainer if you're thinking of switching. Oh and the new tools being introduced on a rolling programme simply make it better each time!
We had a problem authenticating our DNS. AI couldn't figure it out. I then chatted with the Seguno team who were all very attentive. When they couldn't get a quick resolution, Brandon hopped on a Zoom with me, sleuthed out the issue, helped me fix it and all is now good!

It has been a great experience working with seguno. It really helped us increase our deliverability rates and conversions through email marketing. Whatever crisis we faced, Alejandro, our CSM always came through. It is really great and easy to design emails as well
