The templates kinda suck. Have been no new ones for ages. Looks bland, doesn't match my stores theme. The builder is not good. No replies for support. Increase in prices. One star buds.

Too expensive, poor support and paying for features that I can get for free on Shopify. Plus they do not upload more than 1 review per customer email address so I lost 2/3 of my reviews because of repeat customer reviews. Not happy. going back to my old review app judgeme and will do my own emailing and newsletters for free with Shopify mail. Plus the setup was a real time waster, not sure what they do, they only tell you what to do, not a lot of doing it for you and follow up support. Have wasted a few weeks setting it up only to delete it now....live and learn, this is the 2nd time I've add then deleted Segundo. You think I'd have learnt the first time. I guess their marketing pulls you in...

Hello again. Last month, we fully refunded you for the two months you paid to use the app. Our reviews app automatically removes reviews left for the same product by the same customer, but allows customers to leave reviews for as many different products as they purchase. However, we never want merchants to pay for services that don't work for them. We thank you for your feedback and hope that we've shown we're committed to making things right.

This app has been charge me $35 over 6 months, i downloaded once to try it, it said is free if you have less than 250 subscriptions, I have less than this. This app is not like others, this app didn’t notice me that they wil charge me for nothing.

I suspect there are a LOT 1 stars on their way. From $10 to35? 350%? I wish my store could increase products by this much. I would go bankrupt within a week. Will be canceling after black Friday.

Thanks for the review. You had nearly a 100x ROI on your email marketing with Seguno. That’s incredible! I understand that affordability is a concern right now, though. I meant it when I asked people to contact us if this increase would be too difficult to swallow so we could work something out. I wish you would have! I have emailed you to continue the conversation. I'm copying and pasting another review, since I couldn't have said it better myself: "Seguno has increased the price 3.5x out of nowhere and tried to automatically opt me in to this price change. There are no features being included for this new price that I find useful for my store, and I did not have an option to keep my current plan. While I have been relatively happy with seguno for the creation of marketing emails, their service is not nearly robust enough to justify this price. The templates are very basic. The features are minimal and I have always felt my marketing emails were not able to be nearly as professional looking as my competitors, no matter how much effort I put in. For $10, it is a decent enough service, but for $35 it is not, especially for a small store." I wish I could justify $35 for Seguno, but I cannot. Bye Seguno!

too expensive spoke to a client and because her name is in the emails it logged her as a sale, not co ridiculous trying to even post this

I'm so glad you found the app easy to use! And it looks like you had very good engagement with above-average open and click rates for the 3 newsletters you sent. It doesn't look like you tried any of our automations though. I'm sorry to hear you didn't get many sales from the emails. Email marketing tends to have the highest ROI of any marketing channel but, like all marketing, it depends on how you use it. How much email marketing were you doing before Seguno? The most important traits of a successful email program are consistency and relevancy, making sure you're sending content your subscribers are interested in and doing so on a regular basis. I wasn't quite sure what you meant about us logging a sale based on your customer's name, could you please expand on that? We do not handle the reporting of sales converted from our emails, Shopify does that. If someone clicks a link in the email and then goes on to make a purchase, Shopify attributes that to the email. Either way, it sounds like you got a couple of sales at least so that's great. I think with some continued use and with time for the automations to help, I suspect you'll be able to generate even more sales. We've tried to email you a couple of times but haven't heard back. We'd love to extend your trial and see if we can help get you up and running and generating more revenue through email marketing. Are you interested? Please let us know. Regardless, we certainly wish you all the best and appreciate you trying Seguno.

Very bad service. I used their service but account got flagged with no reason. I tried to contact for many times but they simply don't reply. Never use this App. It's a waist of time!

Takes forever to set up. Never made it past the "account review" process which apparently takes almost a month and a follow up email to them to happen.

I had already mentioned extending your trial from 10 to 30 days but can do 60 to help make up for this. We'd also be happy to give you a long free trial with our Mail Connect app if you'd prefer to use Mailchimp instead. Please let me know.
