This app makes managing my emails so much easier. I had one issue in the years I've been using this and developers fixed it in about 30 minutes. Definitely worth it.

We’ve been using Seguno for a while now and honestly, they’ve been brilliant. Their customer service leaves MailChimp and Klaviyo in the dust — fast, friendly, and actually helpful. The Shopify integration is smooth as butter, and the ongoing improvements like optimised sending and better flows keep making life easier. Segmentation works really well too. It’s controlled by Shopify, but if you understand Shopify segments you can hone things beautifully. The inclusion/exclusion of segments, the ability to use HTML, and the seamless integration with blogs, products and collections make the whole platform incredibly versatile and efficient. One thing we really appreciate is Seguno’s approach to ROI and attribution. Some platforms claim every sale as theirs — Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, MailChimp… everyone yelling “that was me!” Seguno keeps it real. If the sale came from Seguno, it came from Seguno. If it didn’t, they don’t try to take credit. It makes the data far more reliable when you’re reviewing performance and making decisions. At first we wondered if Seguno would be “big” enough compared to the other platforms with all their flashy features… but let’s be real, most of those features sound great and never get used. Seguno keeps things simple, powerful, and reliable. The best thing we can say? It just works.

Seguno is so easy to use and well integrated with Shopify, that building campaigns and automations was really quick and straightforward to do. Their team are also super responsive, so if you have any issues or questions, then they will get back to you really quickly. Great value for the price, Seguno helped grow our revenues at a fantastic ROI.

I've been with Seguno for over 3 yrs now and can't praise the team enough for all the support and strategic insight provided. It's easy to use, integrates well into Shopify and Our results have improved year on year. If you know, you know and it's a no brainer if you're thinking of switching. Oh and the new tools being introduced on a rolling programme simply make it better each time!

We had a problem authenticating our DNS. AI couldn't figure it out. I then chatted with the Seguno team who were all very attentive. When they couldn't get a quick resolution, Brandon hopped on a Zoom with me, sleuthed out the issue, helped me fix it and all is now good!

It has been a great experience working with seguno. It really helped us increase our deliverability rates and conversions through email marketing. Whatever crisis we faced, Alejandro, our CSM always came through. It is really great and easy to design emails as well

Very user friendly. My newsletter format feels attractive and professional. People can easily click on links and purchase directly from my store. Responsive & efficient customer service. Issue resolved in 24h.

This app works really well with shopify.I think although the price increased it was worth it for how it looks and connects to products etc.
