I’m extremely disappointed with Seguno’s billing practices and customer service. My business was charged $335 per month for 15 months, totaling $5,025, for a service we were not actively using. When I contacted Seguno, they acknowledged there had been confusion during our conversation the previous year about canceling the service. Despite the account’s lack of meaningful activity, they refused to provide a full refund and offered to refund only three months, leaving my business responsible for $4,020 in unused subscription charges. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but I expected a fairer resolution after they reviewed the prior conversation and account activity. I recommend closely monitoring your invoices and making sure any cancellation request is explicitly confirmed in writing.

Very user friendly. My newsletter format feels attractive and professional. People can easily click on links and purchase directly from my store. Responsive & efficient customer service. Issue resolved in 24h.

This app works really well with shopify.I think although the price increased it was worth it for how it looks and connects to products etc.

Seguno is significantly better than any other marketing platform I've used for my business. The support and assistance provided by their team is unmatched! We've been working with Alejandro, who has been amazing and really helped us get our marketing together. He is constantly working on new ideas and implementing them for us. Seguno is a great e-mail tool, theres some limits on design, but it makes thing like customer segmentation and automations easy and complete. Customer support was always fast and helpful

Horrible app!!!! Left tons of code after deleting the app, that I can't get rid of

I really enjoy working with Seguno for email marketing in Shopify. It’s very quick and easy to build emails from scratch, and the automatic email features are excellent. There are also many campaign options that help drive more traffic to your website. Best experience I've had with any app that I've used on Shopify. The onboarding process was incredible and I worked with an actual human (I know, unheard of these days) that helped me make the switch over from Mailchimp. They gave me step by step guidance and offer much needed advice when necessary. I couldn't recommend Seguno enough!
