Where do I even start!!?!??! 1. The intuitive nature of this app was clearly designed with the small biz entrepreneur (and their mental load!) in mind. 2. The customer service is TOP NOTCH!!!! 3. Our sales have increased!!! If you're on the fence... do it!

Seguno has been a breath of fresh air for our Shopify store. As a small business owner juggling a million things, this app makes email marketing actually enjoyable. The interface is intuitive, the automation tools are powerful (without being overwhelming), and the integration with Shopify is seamless—no jumping between platforms or syncing headaches. We especially love how easy it is to turn new products or blog posts into beautiful emails. Their pre-made templates save so much time, and the branding tools help us keep everything on-brand without needing a designer. The customer support is also top-notch—quick replies and genuinely helpful answers every time. If you’re looking for an email marketing app that actually understands Shopify sellers, Seguno is it. We started using Seguno when we opened our store back in 2018. We then were convinced to switch to Omnisend and then Kalviyo due to the agencies we worked with. Seguno was bay far the easiest to navigate, had the best pricing and really they make our lives easier! When we decided to switch back, Chris worked hand in hand with us to get templates set up, get our flows migrated over and really took the reigns to make sure we were happy! We couldn't be happier that we are back with Seguno and the bonus: The pricing structure is GREAT!

Super nice, integrated with Canva for unique bran designs, very good automations and features, I like the horse icon cuz the Kentucky state of USA business, horses' rides, very nice.

Seguno is easy to use, has great features including the ability to showcase products visually in emails multiple ways to help keep emails fresh and eye-catching. Setting up automations such as welcome sequences and campaigns is simple and effective. I enjoy the metrics as well to let us quickly see the response to a given email or campaign. Customer support is extremely helpful and we have found them to be very supportive and friendliy. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

We just started with Seguno, having just been using Shopify's free email program, and its definitely taken things up a notch! I love the way the program is set up and how it integrates with your other apps. The user interface is easy to understand and navigate and there a lot to do with my emails now! Thank You!

Honestly love this so much more than klayvio, much easier to use and that is its main benefit. I always found myself pulling my hair out trying to use Klaviyo. I feel that people dont talk about Seguno as much but it's great! Highly recommend.

I have been a user of Seguno for about two years now for my luxury nail care brand; Adesse New York and I can absolutely say that it is the best email service provider I have used. I have used others and Seguno has been the easiest, most user friendly and effective to date. I love how it integrates directly with Shopify, I can see real time reports and data analytics right inside my Shopify store back end and use that data to tailor future email campaigns. I also love the pre-designed templates. They are beautiful and professionally done, easy and quick to use and convert well. I highly recommend using Segono for your business email needs.
