The templates kinda suck. Have been no new ones for ages. Looks bland, doesn't match my stores theme. The builder is not good. No replies for support. Increase in prices. One star buds.

We’ve been using Seguno for our email marketing and couldn’t be happier with the results. Since switching from the standard Shopify Email app, we’ve seen a significant increase in deliverability, click-through rates, conversions and overall ROI. The app allows us to create far more polished, on-brand emails and build sophisticated automations that engage both new and returning customers. The pre-built flows are a huge time-saver — they’ve easily saved us dozens of hours compared to building everything manually within Shopify. A special mention to Christina on the technical side for her brilliant, hands-on support, and to Alejandro for his strategic insight and guidance — both have been instrumental in helping us get the best out of Seguno. A really friendly and helpful support staff to speak to whenever there is a need or inquiry about how systems work and where to find information. Also a really great app for building newsletters that integrates so well with Shopify so our newsletters are clear yet unique to us. 10/10 would recommend!

Too expensive, poor support and paying for features that I can get for free on Shopify. Plus they do not upload more than 1 review per customer email address so I lost 2/3 of my reviews because of repeat customer reviews. Not happy. going back to my old review app judgeme and will do my own emailing and newsletters for free with Shopify mail. Plus the setup was a real time waster, not sure what they do, they only tell you what to do, not a lot of doing it for you and follow up support. Have wasted a few weeks setting it up only to delete it now....live and learn, this is the 2nd time I've add then deleted Segundo. You think I'd have learnt the first time. I guess their marketing pulls you in...
Hello again. Last month, we fully refunded you for the two months you paid to use the app. Our reviews app automatically removes reviews left for the same product by the same customer, but allows customers to leave reviews for as many different products as they purchase. However, we never want merchants to pay for services that don't work for them. We thank you for your feedback and hope that we've shown we're committed to making things right.

We have made a few newsletters that were very effective. The process is smooth and self explanatory. Also the back in stock emails have been great.

An easy interface to use -- looks polished, professional and easy to customize. Integrates right into Shopify. Also very cost efficient, especially for small business.

I love the plug in but wish it was just a bit cheaper so I could afford the other feature they have, where it can autosend out newsletters. Sadly not making enough yet to afford it, but at the least it's easy to use and set up. Great for newbies and seasoned alike.

We transitioned from another major player in email marketing, data retention was our biggest worry. Happy to say it was a very simple process Seguno imported our client lists and segments without any trouble. Its integration with Shopify is great, we are now looking at further reducing the number of apps and our costs by using Seguno to implement our Back in stock, and on site reviews.

I love using Seguno Email Marketing for our store. Whenever I have any questions, support is available for me right away. I needed help with adding custom HTML into my emails and they helped me fix this right away!
