LievKaart review for Willdesk: Live Chat&AI Chatbot

I am speechless at how incredibly happy I am with the Helpdesk app (and the helpdesk behind it) from Willdesk. The helpdesk guides me with so much patience and attention. The app itself is very nice. Both in the free version and in the basic version, you can go a long way as a small business in offering service to your customers. Perhaps when my business starts running, I can go for the more advanced version. I miss one or two features (like the visitors log/ analytics ) that I would have liked to see, but perhaps it will be available in the future. Because what I have now, I find the most important and I have been looking for a long time. So highly recommended for small businesses.
