We’ve been using Filljoy for our refillery services at Pretty Clean Shop, and it’s honestly the tool we rely on the most day-to-day. The app is incredibly easy and fast to use, very intuitive and user-friendly, which makes a huge difference in a busy retail environment. It runs smoothly and reliably, and we rarely experience any issues. On the rare occasion that something does come up, their customer service is outstanding. The team responds quickly to everything, from simple questions to more complex problems, and always provides clear answers and practical solutions. If needed, they even go as far as offering video calls to walk you through things and make sure everything is resolved. Overall, Filljoy has been an essential part of our operations, and we highly recommend it to any business looking to streamline their refillery services.

Horribly slow, sometimes doesn't load. Too bad shopify didn't mention you can't enter decimals into their program until AFTER we transferred entire grocery store. Maybe they've never been in a grocery store and didn't realize a good portion of food is weighed at register. Adds about 5 minutes per customer to ring up. We are now just using calculators at the register and ringing up as misc. Don't bother with this one.

We have used this app for the last 3 years for our refill store and it has worked great! Derrick and the other staff are super quick to respond which has been so helpful for troubleshooting. Couldn't have done it without it!

Filljoy has been such an essential part of our refill store for the past 3 years and counting. The customer service is exceptionally amazing and helpful for any troubleshooting & the app itself has been a great service and feature for all of our customers.

We use this app to tare and weigh refill products in our store, it's seamless, easy to use and makes checkout so much easier and error-free. Plus the support staff is very responsive and has helped us resolve issues quickly and diligently. I wouldn't be able to have my little refill shop function as well without this app.

Our business (bulk refill store) would not exist without the Filljoy App. Derrick and team are very responsive when problems or questions arise. At the time of initial set up, over 3 years ago, Derrick himself was on the phone to walk us through each step. Filljoy has also been helpful with recommendations on best prices for scales and tablets, even procuring used tablets and re-selling to us. The interface is less user friendly(small font, not as intuitive) after the Shopify upgrades, but we're optimistic it will improve over time

Paying $25/month for very little. This is designed optimally for wholefood stores and similar. The outlay cost of $25 MINIMUM a month is ludicrous. At best, this app takes 5 minutes to load on your POS and then literally slows down every transaction to a crawl.
Hi SW Coast Refills, we're sorry you had the experience you did with our app. We checked and our team never received a support ticket from you, and your account also never accepted our app's billing charge after you installed it most recently in Jan 2025 so you were never billed this year, and this is also why the app may not have loaded correctly for you when you tried it. Paying $20/month for absolutely nothing. On it's best day, the Sell by Weight App will take 5 minutes to load on your POS and slow you down. On it's worst day, it shows a blank screen or opens to the 'set up' screen. We have found it to be incredibly frustrating and now it doesn't work at all. We have not been able to use it since last week when they "updated it" and seemingly broke it. We opened a support case which hopefully gets resolved soon, as we are paying for this service.

We're sorry for the frustration you experienced with our app - the issues you mentioned in your review were unfortunately caused by Shopify and outside of our control as a third party developer, but our new tile should load noticeably more quickly. If you'd like to give our app another try, you can follow the instructions we emailed to you.

We had a problem with sell by weight app, but the company reached out and walked me through the process. So far, it's working exactly as it's supposed to. I have to say it was actually nice talking a person on the phone instead of a robot or being redirected for 4 hours like all the other apps. 5 stars now, thank you

Derrick and his team are amazing and are always willing to help with whatever our company needs. We run a direct to consumer meat business and use a variety of the FillJoy apps for our various sales channels. Every time we have had any sort of issue of specialty thing that we have needed Derrick and his team are right there answering our millions of questions and coming up with new and improved beta versions of their apps for us to try. We truly wouldn't be able to run our business on a platform like Shopify without the Filljoy apps!
