This was very helpful with selling digital downloads. The company has great customer service and helped me customize all the form and email template so that it matches my brand.

i needed some help setting up with my digital downloads. They are very responsive and helpful. So so so patient with the million questions I have asked. I hope they add more features for the DOWNLOADS & THANK YOU PAGES, as I find the format very boring =) I would also request that there would have provisions of a read only file and no print. I also hope the cost is lowered too. Anyhow, with the fast customer service response, I could say it is fair enough. Thank you.

the customer service is amazing! great service and very helpful. getting my oversized digital product up and selling in my store was important to me and Digital Downloads made that happened. Thank you !
