We are using this app since December 2020 and we can only recommend it to anyone who wants performance and features for the great price! The app is fast and we never noticed any negative performance impact on our shop. The support is second to none; when needed we get answers in less than 5 hours and they always have a good solution.

This is an excellent App for automatic Discounts, Adding Free Gifts to bag, Making sure offers don't overlap with each other... it does everything! Just what we needed. The support team is what makes all the difference though! They are super and fast and such a huge help! We asked for customizations and they were done sometimes in less than 5 minutes! The support team bring the to a whole other level ! Well Done ! Excellent! Highly Recommend!

This is an excellent app. It's the only one I'm aware of which allows you do quantity discounts & stack additional discounts. The support is also excellent. I needed help displaying the discount code box on the cart page and they responded & fixed within 15 minutes of my support request. Highly recommended!

The customer service is excellent. I didn't have an issue with the app. I was wanting to setup my promotion a certain way. I gave them the details, they made a few adjustments and now I can run my promotion. Thank you for the quick turnaround.

Worst customer support ever! not worth the money, instead of fixing their app script the support ask me to delete the other apps because causing conflict with their apps, even though their script who causing an error on my site.

Update: After giving the review, they actually helps to solve the problem for me. Now it works better for me, Thanks! This app really help to upsells the products.

We used this app to add a free gift with purchase. Their customer service is extremely fast. We had many requests and revisions and they have been nothing but helpful getting us up and running. Highly recommend!

Great app for creating promotions, special pricing, free shipping and free gifts. We also use the bundling feature and add-ons with much success. This app is in my top ten must have list. Straight forward interface, great features for sales, bundles, upselling and gifting all in one app. You can schedule and create secret links or wholesale pricing. All at a Great Value!

Been using the Selly app for months as they had the option to input discount code at carts page. However, recently a customer informed me about issues with the discount codes and we found many flaws. The discount code in carts aren't able to detect NEW or RETURNING customers. Approached customer service for help but didn't get much, slow replies with communication barrier too. Everything else was good though but time to find an alternative....

Alright, so I did have some problems at first with the app. I wanted to offer something on the "wholesale" tab with a quantity break. The way it is set up currently is non-intuitive. I stand by that. The message as is does not really incentivize the buyer. I had set it up incorrectly at first and buyers were getting huge discounts. You have go to in and change the offer message in order for it to make sense. That being said, the customer support is very good. I wanted to be fair and edit my bad review, but also deduct a star for the trouble it caused initially.

Use it for incremental discounts, based on units purchased. Buy 6 units get 150$ off, buy 9 get 250$ off. Only app that solved this. Support is first class. Recommend.

I tried a half-dozen apps for promotions, bundles, up-sell etc and none did all I needed so I was using 3 different apps, some of which were akward to use and ugly. Selly allowed me to get rid of the other three and do everything in one app, saving me money in the process. It is also easier easier to use and produces nicer looking widgets. I'm very happy that I found this app!

This app is amazing! I struggled with discounting in Shopify and Selly has not only made it possible to have multiple discounts, it blended right into my theme! The function has exceeded my expectations. I had a bit of trouble integrating initially but the tech team helped me within hours of install and I can't imagine not having the app anymore!
