Hi, I’m reaching out because I’m honestly quite disappointed with how this has been handled. We’ve been using your app for several years and had a good level of trust in your company. Recently, you made an offer to users in exchange for completing a specific action. We followed all the requested steps and submitted everything as instructed, but despite several follow-ups, we still haven’t received what was promised. The issue isn’t really the value of it, it’s the principle. If you make a promise to your customers and they fulfill all the conditions, I think it’s fair to expect you to honor it. It’s quite disappointing to lose trust in a company over something that should have been very simple to resolve.
