The app has definitely saved me money in the long run but, there are teething issues. I activated DHL but get 0 quotes from them. I post a lot using Royal Mail to USA but when adding my parcel size and weight is only lets me use UPS so I have to book direct through Royal Mail after spending time checking. I have queried the issue but never found out what the problem is. Overall it works okay but I would give 5 stars if they fixed it so I get quotes from more couriers.

Plutôt satisfaite de l'application qui reste gratuite. Le seul hic, les clients qui ne sélectionnent pas leur point de retrait après paiement car je suis en version Basic de shopify et quand on leur demande où livrer il regarde sur le site de shop2shop et nous on ne retrouve pas ce relais dans nos choix. C'est le petit point noir. Sinon hyper simple utilisation, facturation 2 fois par mois.

Je suis globalement satisfait de Sendcloud. La gestion des commandes est simplifiée, même si la configuration des règles de checkout reste assez complexe. Les tarifs de livraison à domicile peuvent parfois être élevés, mais cela relève davantage des transporteurs que de la plateforme elle-même
