Sendlane: Unified Email & SMS

We’ve been loyal Sendlane users for years now. Magno Alarcon is an absolute rockstar! He paid incredible attention to detail and spent hours helping me work through a tricky issue I was struggling with. His dedication and support make him a true asset to the Sendlane team!

We've been using Sendlane for almost a year now and we love it! There were some bumps along the way during onboarding but overall we really enjoy the platform. The Sendlane team is also great to work with and really listen to our feedback. Support is always super helpful when we reach out and I love that we have a dedicated account manager that helps us when sending out campaigns and is just here to support us. Definitely recommend for teams who are small and really want that dedicated support.

We’re also loving the new product feeds, which ensure that updates to collections and products are reflected in real-time—hugely helpful when tailoring promotions to specific segments. App doesn't track metrics correctly. The beacon fails regularly and customer service is no help. The reporting dashboard is basically worthless as its not reporting metrics correctly on the sends. I can see on my pixel orders from Sendlane email referrers, but dashboard in Sendlane says $0 in revenue.

Definitely an APP we recommend 100% Excellent platform, they help you with all the migration and integration, have a 24/7 support and great analytic data. It's a pleasure working with them!!

We worked with Sendlane for a year and it was not a good experience. Their sales team will over-promise and the rest will under-deliver. Constant bugs in their system, lack of communication, and they don't have a white-glove service that they say they have. Avoid SMS at all costs. They are not setup for SMS. Switching from our previous providers to Sendlane cost us at least an extra 20K in revenue and hurt our customer retention. Sendlane is all hype and no follow through.

Sendlane has been great to work with. We switched over from Klaviyo and not only is Sendlane half the price the customer service is also 10 times better. They are still a relatively new e-mail marketing service so there are some hiccups here and there but the team is fast to fix them. They take your feedback seriously and work with you to fix issues. I would highly recommend you give them a try.

This is everything I wish our previous providers were! The ease of integration with Shopify and other third party apps is unmatched! We are able to instantly leverage all customer data and create high converting campaigns. Having so many ecommerce centric features has been the biggest gamechanger for our email channel

Sendlane is everything I wish my old email provider was. Incredible customer service. Thoughtful. Hands on. And actually works! If you're not on Sendlane you're overpaying for email & sms marketing. We'll do $10M this year with them as a partner. Their CEO does not sleep and is on around the clock. A+++ vouch

Very poor support, we just started to work with app and information given us by support and product support manager was different. F.e. once you have account with your email, its not possible to get user role for other account (even if the previous account was deleted). Product manager told us it was possible, support on chat told us its not possible because it is the way how their system works.

Sendlane Email has absolutely changed my email marketing in the best way possible. Starting with the people, Melissa my dedicated account support person has helped me grow my list and automate all of my back-end processes. I left Active Campaign to come to Sendlane and it was one of the best choices I made in my business. It's easier to use, more intuitive, and more aesthetically pleasing.
