Excellent email and SMS marketing application! Our company had been utilizing Omnisend for an extended period, but we found it lacking in delivering the weekly and monthly email campaigns we required. Omnisend also fell short on essential features and posed challenges in swiftly setting up campaigns.This platform not only fulfills our automation email and SMS needs but also it has all the features of Omnisend and more. What's particularly noteworthy is its rapid and straightforward campaign setup. I highly recommend both the Sendvio app and the supportive staff.

Does not save edits. Lost an entire morning's work. Bummer.
We are glad to see that you successfully located your template shortly after publishing this review. The way to avoid any inconvenience next time is to save it as a draft by clicking the "Back" button or the "Save as draft" button.

La verdad que tienen un servicio de soporte muy bueno. Sin yo pedir, han hecho cambios que me favorecen y trabajan muy bien. Con otras apps o plataformas, tienes que ir detrás para que te atiendan y hagan algo. Esta gente te presta soporte de forma rápida y muy eficaz. Gracias

Nallely ha sido de mucha ayuda, respondió todas la preguntas que tenía. Senvío me ha parecido una excelente opción para quienes estamos empezando a hacer Ecommerce, el precio es muy asequible y tienen características muy poderosas además de que tienen un servicio al cliente espectacular, siempre ahí dispuestos a resolverte tus dudas.

EDIT : The team was great at fixing the issue with analytics not loading only on multiple reloads. Although it will still happen occasionally but not as often as before after they attempted to fix the data loading. I would recommend this app for someone who is just starting email remarketing and automation as it has provided me to recover revenue I've been using this app since 2016 with no issues. However, the new update was messy and some stuff is not working. I will wait for the full update to take effect before updating my review EDIT : the app is really buggy, I expect better if I am paying for a plan, the data will not load, you will need to keep refilter and sometimes it wont even load, this always happens and is annoying. You can never load the data on the first try you will need to keep reapplying it again and again and again until you can see it.
Email and SMS logs are located at the top of the home dashboard and in the Billing and Usage section.

Not sure what happened to every automation we set up before this app was acquired and they had some UI overhaul. Everything worked great until recently and the show a pop up saying how everything is still the same but when you look deeper, everything seems out of place and too much like shopify email. I get the simplicity they were going for but sometimes you have to keep the same UI until you make sure you can ship the version. Edit: After receiving a proper response and testing the bug the Co founder reached out and has taken care of the issue which is why we have edited this review.

I have checked many other apps and this was one of the most easy to use and efficient apps to use. Encountered a slight issue and contacted the support and Sarahy replied instantly and resolved all the issue I had. Amazing support and app

Very useful app and simple to use. Nallely O. addressed our concerns upon our first call and offered to send automatic emails to our shopify customers 30 days before downloading the app on 3/27/23. During our second call, exceptional employee Nallely O. confirmed that service was free of charge.
