Customer support has been pretty good so far. I've been using the app on a free trial for a short time and have to say that the support has clearly been first class so far. Friendly, helpful, apparently experts and developers are also available around the clock and are always ready to help with technical questions. In my case, I was assisted by the customer advisor Linda and I am completely satisfied! Linda was able to help me quickly and reliably with all my questions, was friendly and provided clear instructions on how to solve my problem.
